Jacqueline earned her B.A. in Justice Administration from Hawai’i Pacific University; and her M.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
She is an American Bar Association certificated paralegal from the University of San Diego and has served two commissions as a California State Notary Public - and remains active.
Her memberships include the Alpha Phi Sigma Criminal Justice Honor Society, and the San Diego Paralegal Association, under the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations. Jacqueline utilizes these memberships for her continuing legal education and is current per California statute. She is currently in pursuit of her CP (Certified Paralegal) accreditation in all areas of law.
Jacqueline is passionate about the law, and hopes to go back to law school one day or become a legal apprentice. She is knowledgeable in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Complex Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Subrogation, Collections and now Family Law.
Outside of work Jacqueline is a dedicated special needs mom, United States Marine Corps spouse, fur mom to two AKC papillons, and advocates for muggles. She serves on her neighborhood social committee to represent special needs families like her own; and educates on inclusion and proper accommodations for all community events.
