Grandparents and visitation rights in California

In some cases, disputes with the parents or a divorce could compromise this relationship, and parents may find it necessary to take steps to protect their rights to visitation and regular access to their grandkids.

In addition, if visitation modifications have occurred, this may also enable you to amend your support payments.

However, that prevailing attitude may be the reason why Gallup reports that only 44 percent of American adults actually have a will. Those who die without a will make their estates subject to intestate succession. In this scenario, the state decides how one’s assets will be divided up amongst his or her potential heirs.
