Cancellation Policy:

For all cancellation of cases, work will be charged at our regular hourly rate and the work completed to close the file. On closing your case the firm will conduct an audit of your bill and provide an accounting for all fees incurred. If you used a credit card to pay for your fees and cancel your representation less than 60 days after starting the case, or before your initial retainer is depleted, the 3-4% charge (depending on the card used) that the credit card company charges the attorney to use your card will be deducted from your retainer.

Your retainer will be applied toward your ongoing services until your case is completed. If an amount remains in trust at the conclusion of the case, that amount will be refunded to the client.

In the event that you received a free consultation, retained our services and then canceled our service prior to the exhaustion of your entire retainer, you agree that the attorney may bill you for the initial consultation at his or her hourly rate.
